Im sure an LTB came out early this year around the same time the business said that it was going back on its words about the phoney colleague shares, and it mentioned then that they would honour this years pay rise but cant guarantee next years 3.5%.

Thanks RM, once again the fat cats get there pay but the workforce are left to feed on the scraps again.
