top 10 post revision offices
i have stated that i will be attending next weekss revision meeting with the ir rep.
even though on crutches (should be fun)
i sent an email on wednesday requesting that they make avaliable a copy of the tm1 and
A LIST OF THE TOP TEN OFFICES WITHIN ROYAL MAIL THAT HAVE HAD THE FULL REVISION IMPLEMENTATED AT 100 % BSI, AND ARE RUNNING UNDER BUDGET
the planner has allready told the ir rep on the qt 'NO CHANCE'
COMMENTS PEOPLE AS THE DSM WILL BE THERE AND I WILL BE PUTTING HIM ON THE SPOT AS TO WHY THEY ARE REFUSING TO RELEASE THAT DATA
seems it is going to be disagreement time again

My D.O minor change revision is working, what will happen when we go the full mojo with Sequenced Mail and Delivery Methods revision remains to be seen. The DOM has made it clear he dosent want to end up with us being a failing revison office where its a complete disaster zone.

I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

There's your answer then: They don't seem to even HAVE ten to list, let alone a top ten.

Re: top 10 post revision offices
We've a Compliance Manager (well thats what he told me his job title was when I asked who he was) in trying to make things work.
All I can say is RM sending in a bloke with a suit on and shiny shoes is'nt going to make the revision work!
I've a meeting with him tomorrow, anyone got any ideas I can throw at him? I'm hoping all the stuff I've thought about over the past couple of months comes flooding back tonight as I did'nt write anything down and I've forgotten...........tut

Re: top 10 post revision offices
That's where people are going wrong , nowhere in the Business Transformation agreement does the CWU agree to 100 bsi. Bob Gibson has said this at briefings , conference and in LTBs. In addition it's in the delivery update by Bob it states no agreement to 100 BSI no agreement to upper decile.
I can confirm that Forest Gate in East London has introduced an integrated revision and is working ok , in West London a number of offices have introduce integrated delivery method revisions and up to now they have gone ok including w14 , W3 , W7 , a couple more are due to go in next week and Paddington is due to go in within 2 weeks.
Every CWU member has had the opportunity to vote on the revision. Equally none of those offices have agreed 100 BSI and all of them have received their money on time.
So some revisions do work but only if you negotiate on the outputs of the tools and it certainly does not mean you agree to 100 BSI or unreasonable duty proposals or management not giving staff the option of improved attendances.

And here's the problem, we'll just get them imposed like they've always done, the difference between London and the rest of the country seems to come up againdingo wrote: So some revisions do work but only if you negotiate on the outputs of the tools and it certainly does not mean you agree to 100 BSI or unreasonable duty proposals or management not giving staff the option of improved attendances.

Lets just have 'London' agreements and 'National' Agreements and be done with it. At least we would all know where we stand
