Royal Mail Holdings plc owns Royal Mail Group Limited, which in turn operates the brands Royal Mail (UK letters), Parcelforce Worldwide (UK parcels) and General Logistics Systems GLS (European parcels business). Post Office Ltd, which provides counter services, is a wholly owned subsidiary.

JOHN DUNCAN WAS APOINTED DIRECTOR OF ANGARD ON THE 17 MAY 2011

SO WE HAVE JOHN DUNCAN, HEAD OF ROYAL MAIL HR, NOW ALSO THE DIRECTOR OF ANGARD
Wondered how long it would take for you to find that out!!!

What Royal Mail (and many other companies)are doing is 'Morally' wrong.
What Royal Mail (and many other companies)are doing is not 'legally' wrong.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

I'm guessing this isn't Tupe?
All RMG Casuals currently under contract with RMG will have their employment terminated by RMG on 11th September (or on the date that their current contract expires at certain locations) and will have the option to work for Angard Staffing from 12th September following the termination of your employment as RMG Casuals.

OK THEN

THE CONTRACT IS TERMINATED WITH ROYAL MAIL

SO WHAT ABOUT REDUNDENCY THEN IF TUPE DOES NOT APPLY

AT THE END OF THE DAY, THE EMPLOYEE HAS A CONTRACT WITH ROYAL MAIL IN ALL BUT NAME, MANPOWER, REED

SO IF THE AGENCY ETC IS TERMINATING, THEN REDUNDENCY APPLIES
