Are there many offices with a mix of attendance patterns after the revision? If so where are they? Our union rep is adamant no other office has more than one attendance pattern option.

My D.O is fixed day off throughout and has been since the introduction of the 5 day week for all duties back in the days of SDD agreement being implemented.

Our neighbour D.O has a mix of attendance patterns.

How may hours a day are you working to get that?
Are you spreading out the missing hours from the day missing in the weeks where your only working 4 days?

2 weeks of 43hrs 20 mins followed by 2 weeks of 34hrs 40 mins for a total of 156 hrs over a 4 week period?

I'm guessing this is one of the 9 day fortnight options. How does this affect your leave entitlement if you work 5 days one week and 4 days the next?

in our office there are only 8 of us on 9 day fortnights due to the other staff voting to stay as they are.they honestly thought that meant they could still go home early on saturdays.when they found out the times were changing a lot wanted our duty structure but were told it was too late which we said would happen.were loving it cos every 4 weeks we get a fri sat mon off!!!
