The clue is in the Employer Reference: TEK-1011-ANGRM-POSTCANT
TEK is Tekniko, the employment agency,
ANGRM is Angard Royal Mail,
and POSTCANT is Postperson Canterbury
That's the way i'm reading it anyway

Looking at that,and the Reed jobs,i'm guessing RM is advertising the positions through these bigger/local companies who pass it back on the Angard for a fee.
