Our office pays:
2h + 10 minutes meal relief for half a walk.
4h + 20 minutes meal relief for a full walk.
2h.43 minutes + 20 minutes meal relief for a prep.
7.23 for the whole of your rest day.
5.58 for rest day Saturday.

The claim is as big as the o/t takes, taking account of any extra extra meal relief entitlement.

My office:
You work 1 hour, you get paid 1 hour.
You work 2 hours, you get paid two hours
etc
Also, its the same rate until you hit 40 hours for the week, no time and half or anything like that.
