shift allowance for christmas casuals?

Post by mahrm1 »

do christmas casuals get a shift allowance on night shift?

do christmas casuals get holiday pay?

also what kind of bonus do you get once finished being a christmas casual?

it says on the advert the following

Those on late and night shifts may be eligible to a bonus at the end of the assignment: the bonus is dependent upon attendance throughout the Christmas employment.

Well last year it was £1.76 an hour for nights. Since moving to Angard in September you get min wage only no shift allowance. This has really hit my earnings as I lose £14 a night from what I was earning as a RM casual throughout the year.
