Its the new version of the Have Your Say questionaire only now they are trying a face to face method because your less likely to say anything bad about the job.

They came down to our office down on the south coast 3 days after moya got her bonus, they got slautered , nodody held back, they said they will make notes and relay them back to moya, they must of had a bloody good memory because not once did a pencil or pen appear in their hand.

Reason: corrected name from moira to moya

:Very Happy Never, whenever the BIG BOSS has come round--has anything beneficial to the workforce come out of it Remember Leightons roadshow! It was even worse when Big Billy did his rounds!

Just ask them why they are there? Better still, everyons should just write a short note, and hand them in at the meeting--that way they cannot cut you short!

We haven't had one of those for a while. Ours was a woman who wanted to know why things weren't working, why morale was so low etc etc etc. Promised to get things right, take action - nothing ever became of it.

The upshot of it is, Royal Mail have absolutely no idea what they are doing and where they are going. We know they are going downhill but they seem to have the chart upside down. Someone mentioned WCM just today - that is the new buzzword - the reality is it means absolutely jack sh*t, it is a complete shambles taking up resources we can't afford to waste.

Give them a squad or barrack room bath - not pleasant but it cures most. Most military lads and lasses on here will know what I mean

Apparently there has been load of these visits,no one on here got any gossip on them?
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.
