i broke a toe and offered to come in on light duties -this was refused and they made me sign off for 5 weeks -they said they couldnt accomodate my injury in the office ,yet i had another job PT in a shop and they accomodated me fine-i was sitting in this job 90% of the time -then i had managers driving past the shop windows looking in to see if i was working there , funnily enough this abscence triggered a stage 3 dismisall which i fought and won
