when you applied for the job did they ask whether you had a driving licence no so you stay put and dont drive for the job your choice they have to accomadate you whether it be in the office you are in or somewhere locally your choice all they will do is make it harder the more you resist

I'm not too sure but I'm sure fishtank would know about some sort of tacit agreement to drive under the new agreement. It was I think couched in those nebulous terms which was a bit like Hobsons Choice - I might be totally out of the loop................it's just a feeling.

What ever you do don't crash the van as you have to report all accidents to your own insurer, if you fail to, your insurance is not valid and if you do, your premium will go up.
