If its still sore in the morning then report it to a manager first thing. Take a phone pic of the bruise if you cant show it. Ask for indoor work as its to sore to deliver.
It was on delivery, but there were no managers there when I got back (3.10pm on a Saturday, hardly likely to be was there (that I could find)) plus it's not that bad, think im just going to rest tommorow and it should be fine by Tuesday (Monday is my day off anyway).

I know, was an awful day... I'm part time but turned up at 9 to find my frame largely unprepped (2 trays of magazines, 1 tray of walk sorted and a load of stuff on the frame) because the guy who was supposed to do it didn't show up (thats what they tell me, I suspect they just didn't organise it right..), so didnt get out til pushing 11.45 . Usually, I go in, do one tray or so, then redirects, tie up and out by 10, 10.30. Got it all done, just...
moved onto a delivery I had never done. Frame was rammed and plenty of parcels. Finished in under 3 hours. 2nd most senior man holds this duty. mmmmmmmmm.
Packets and flat have been bad the past couple of days, letters aren't too bad though
But I did notice that the Radio Times didn't come in today............TV times did though (can't be anything to do with one being DSA and one being RM).

Not many letters today, but loads of packets. Since I have been a postie, I found that Mondays, Tuesdays are usually light, then I get swamped for the rest of the week, so something to look forward to there then.

3 trays of WSM, 2 DB of packets, 1 tray of flats, 1 tray of manual letters, 6 Specials, 6 Tracked. Never got done, took back 2 loops. Have'nt taken any large packets out for over a week! Also the police were on the hunt for a dog, Bull Mastif. Guess it must've been vicious otherwise they would'nt of been looking for it. Went round most of the delivery nervous incase I came across it.
