We have to contend every day with our DOM and one of his Linos out in a van trying to catch anyone (other than his toadies who have been proven to him going home early) doing anything out of order (he even takes a camera out with him :no no :no no ).

He often uses the pressure he is under as an excuse not to carry out his routine managerial duties , if he isn't out spying then he's standing over watching everyone for 2 hours a day whilst sorting. The bulk of the people who don't carry out thier sorting duties do lapsing or overtime daily (taking every short cut imaginable) but thier absence (talking to each other or on the phone) goes un questioned :mad :mad .

What a way to run an office   ......

if the manager spotted a van open and unattended and then drove back to the office without securing it he is as guilty asthe postie in regard to mails integrity. Get your Rep to tell the manager that he will be making a counter claim aginst him if he pursues this, he is obviously a jobsworth with no common sense.
