One office I know is using intimidation to prevent culling so the Linos don't have to deliver the mail, but unfortunately the ones that did take out all the mail and booked it, are NOT getting paid so they are refusing to go over and so the Linos are threatening them with the conduct code, some have been conducted already, it got so bad that the area Rep is now involved.
