Completed the 4 loops I cut off yesterday, decided to take out the birthday cards that arrived today for those cut offs, can't think of anything worse than a customer not getting their birthday cards on their birthday. 9 loops done, cut off 3 loops, would've been only 2 if I had'nt of forgotten a Special and had to go back and get it :arrrghhh
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Barny aboiut the HCT being broken and supposedly no replacement.... only for one to appear as soon as I said I wouldn't be able to do the walk. Then the DOM found an extra bod so he told me to leave a row. So I did... and a bit more. Just got back in time. :cuppa Scorching hot day. :coolr

We're having horribly heavy Thursdays at the minute followed by slightly lighter Fridays. The problem with Fridays though is the magazines and the packets tend to make up for the slight lull in mail. Thursdays on the other hand are a total bombardment on all fronts; mail, packets, etc.

I would've probably been a lot more productive today if it were'nt for the heat. All my loops had 2 days mail, glad to get them completed hopefully not such a heavy day tomorrow :nervous Another day with no large packets done, not found time to do them since Tuesday

Persistent monsoon.
Don't care how hot it was in London.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

How was my week ?

ONE Day off

FIVE different walks (only ever done one of them before) in THREE different offices (including an HCT one - had never used an HCT before)

The joys of floating/reliefing ..

Can barely walk, really screwed my leg up yesterday got a huge bruise - slipped over on one of those stupid victorian tiles that people seem to like in thier porches, which is great until a tiny bit of moisture gets on them and turns them into a skating rink! Didn't hurt at the time but my god it does now.

Anyone get that sinking feeling when being told you're on a particular duty next week, and you go and have a look at the frame because you've never done it before, to find that all the roads have "hill", "mount", "rise" and "high" in the names

I assume you slipped on delivery, did you report it ?

If its still sore in the morning then report it to a manager first thing. Take a phone pic of the bruise if you cant show it. Ask for indoor work as its to sore to deliver.
