NVQ for Callers Office staff.

Ours is a 1 man operation but they have to put a relief in as the area we cover is big and by the time it comes to booking stuff in and putting the packets away the poor guy has not got enough hands or arms to deal with it all,they cut our opening hours a few years ago and ever since then it has been a one man struggle,it's a massive job and i really don't think staff appreciate how difficult the job is or how hard it is to do and how rude the customers can be.

They wanted me to do a NVQ on Disability & Discrimination a few years ago. I said ok I will give it a go, manager then said its open learning. I told him to stick it.

When I get it ... I will hang it in Callers Office "reception ". In our Callers Office we provide seatings, table , counter and daily newspaper plus magazines.Its fully carpeted and loads of staff photos on wall. ( When children come with their elders we offer them toffees sweets and chocolates too.)
