Segro completes airport deals

Segro and Airport Property Partnership have completed four deals across their Standsted and Gatwick estates totalling more than 70,000 sq ft.

Royal Mail has signed a five-year lease extension to its existing 21,500 sq ft premises at Standsted Cargo Centre and agreed a ten-year deal on 18,000 sq ft of new space.

Worldwide Flight Services has agreed a five-year lease for a 20,700 sq ft unit at Gatwick Cargo Centre.

The two remaining deals, both at Stansted, will see aviation services firm Fernley relocate from its 3,260 sq ft property to a 8,880 sq ft unit, while jet engine maintenance firm P3 has taken an additional 3,000 sq ft of space next to its 11,750 sq ft premises.
