After 4 months covering the PHG duty, I`m going back onto my walking duty next week. Thing is, it`s been tested and timed at 3 hours 50 minutes (back in April), but we`re supposed to have 3.5 hour duties. the DOM has agreed it needs sorted, but it hasn`t been done yet.
I was just wondering what my best course of action would be, as I don`t fancy having near enough a four hour duty for the next year.
Any input would be appreciated.

A couple of years ago the duty i was on took 4hrs plus, i informed the DOM he reckoned it would be sorted, like f**K was it.So when i knew i would be going over id tell him to either, give us some help,or id be cutting off.The look on his face said it all,as if i was in the wrong for someone else's incompetence for setting up the walks.

who actually tested your duty ?. far to often i hear a dom saying well so and so can do it in plenty of time. they don't take into account that he may be an 18 year old fitness freak. and they then expect a 40+ person to do it in the same time

Get your rep to have 20-30 mins of your delivery as overtime ,add on 15 mins traveling time there and back, bingo 1 hours docket a day for someone,a few weeks of that and it will soon get sorted. The only other thing is to look at the walks around yours and see if they could absorb a bit.
