It's one big game of 'robbing Peter to pay Paul' and then next day 'robbing Paul to pay Peter'.

been doing park and loop a couple of months now still not completing still getting hassle off residents and still having all the blame put on the posties by the DOM (prep rate not quick enough, talking too much, inhaling breath when you should be doing kill offs) how long will they keep flogging this dead horse?

The Cwu played a blinder with the trolleys.
Slower going round your duty.
Weight off the shoulder.
No private cars on delivery.
Work your 8hrs without running about like an idiot.
If your duties are too big, you asked them to be tested.
It'll add 10yrs to your life span instead. :D

They can make me take out the whole office if they want, I'll bring most back at 3pm

And when at last the work is done. Don't sit down, it's time to dig another one

Re: 1st week The Pro's and cons of park and loop
the office had to loose 100s of hours so duties were cut by a couple of hours as for cutting off thats been happening over the past two weeks but only because the managers are allowing it and a lot of the posties are not using the trollies again sanctioned, overtime is allowed at the moment ,BUT when the office is straight and we are on top of it all the managers will revert to no cutting off, use the trollies and no extra for going over your time. as for the union rep he at the moment spends a lot of time hidden awayPat Ostman wrote:Less pay? I know they bully but they can't stop you working to your time, it's not a privilege we have, it's our right and our choice.

Re: 1st week The Pro's and cons of park and loop
last year 5.2 million people worked an average of 7 hrs unpaid overtime per week a record 28.9 billion to the economy.so somethings wrong somewhere , i suggest it started with the death of the working class and the rise of the middle classes ,Pat Ostman wrote:I know they bully but they can't stop you working to your time, it's not a privilege we have, it's our right and our choice.

Re: 1st week The Pro's and cons of park and loop
So are you saying you are a 'middle class twat' twobags because you work unpaid overtime.
If there is no more working class, I must be a serf as I don't
