I was just about to jump on the band wagon and say work your hours..... But that's the easy (and may i say the correct) answer but i'm not the one being iscolated and harrased. I'm sure your aware the only legal way RM can get us to bank hours is by Flexing and of course this is only half an hour and here's the important bit YOU HAVE TO AGREE TO IT as it is voluntary.
This constant abuse and bullying by management is endless but the situation is made so much worse by our own idiotic colleagues which actually assists and encourages management to try to get people doing the job properly, working to RM's own rules to work for FREE :no no
We worked out today that one clown in our office (assuming 30 m.p.g) was using £17.50 of fuel weekly, then there's the money lost in him coming in early :d'oh! :d'oh!
WHY DO THEY BL..DY do it. I am a consiencious worker who walks at a fair reasonable pace but will not 1. Work for free and 2. Place like minded good employees under management pressure by coming in early and doing the job in my car so they can say " well joe soap comes in early so he doesn't book!!!!" etc.
WHY OH WHY DO THEY DO IT    ....

Some of them do it because they still score from it...that's managements fault.
Some of them do it because they think they score from it but don't....that's their fault.
Some of them do it because they are bullied and harassed to the point that they have little confidence in their ability to perform to a reasonable standard and lack the courage/confidence to stand up for themselves....we can all share a little blame for that one....mostly management but also OPG,union,rep,coach,colleagues...the lot. :whistle
good times, bad times you know I've had my share
