If someone gets caught slagging the DOM off in the toilets and its over heard by said DOM who is in one of the cubicles, is there anything that the Rep can do to stop person getting into trouble......hypothetical of course
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Your hypothetical argument would be that you were under the impression that you were alone and therefore it was,in essence a private conversation not intended to be overheard and therefore not intended to cause offence.
Next time....hypothetically...check the cubicles. :chuckle
