Love the FB updates lol.
I Wrote-During Covid-Which is still relevant now
It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.
My BFF Clash
The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Must admit it was easy today.......for me. Because he was so slow we only completed 1 walk but it stressed me out because I've worked my arse off by myself all week to try and get done then this muppet comes along and everything goes tits up. He got drenched while I sat in the van waiting for him to finish his loops thoughwayoutman wrote:Stormproof wrote:Pissing down here and im paired up with a div

So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet

I'm still shattered. I'm finding it tough going being back on a 6 day week and there is'nt enough hours in Sunday to rest before the new weeks starts

I knew it would happen, 6 days on a heavy duty will drain you, I can only do 5 days and I really need that day off to rest and recharge my batteries (still love Wednesdays or Thursdays off to help break up the week).Stormproof wrote:I'm still shattered. Re: The "How was your day" thread.
I was put on yet another walk i'd never done before plus i did the changeover training this morning aswell... felt like smashing into something on purpose just to fail it as i've been harassed into it really but that's another story!
Left the top row in and just about did the rest by 1pm.
I will be back onto 'my' walk but it is now bigger and i'm just wondering how they expect me to complete it now it's done on foot too as i work till my time everyday

Cambuslang around midday.
The societies of consumption and squandering of material resources are incompatible with the idea of economic growth and a clean planet.

Button popped off my trousers on which the zip was already broken. Had to run into Boots holding them up and buy some safety pins.

Average sort of day. Out just after 10.30. Back just before 15.45. Not the last back either.
