CSS: Best OEE score

Post by Solystic slave »

I am curious as to how other operators are getting on with their CSS machines. What is the highest OEE score you have achieved on your individual machine? Secondly did you get that figure by being truthful with the figures you inputted? Do you have pressure put on you by managers to reach a certain target OEE?

I'd be interested if you can change the order the deliveries come off. We are told they are set in software and can't be changed. So if you're 1st off then you're onto a winner

Are you a manager?Just wondered, because the info people MAY put up on this thread would be very useful to a manager trying to push mech operators for higher figures.TBH i go into work do my 8 hours and go home, what happens in the middle isnt of any interest anymore.......... :cuppa

Amen to that... :wave :Applause
And after a while, you can work on points for style,
Like the club tie, and the firm handshake,
A certain look in the eye and an easy smile.

You have to be trusted by the people that you lie to,
So that when they turn their backs on you,
You'll get the chance to put the knife in.

No I am not a manager. Normally the deliveries furthest from the office are sorted first.

The best OEE score in our office is 89, mine is 75. It's easy to cheat but i don't see the point as it will kick you in the ass in the end. I've heard the OEE will soon be up to 82 but they got no chance of that unless they change the way the OEE is done.
