Yodel snatches pet supplies contract from Parcelforce

Yodel has won a contract with Pet Supermarket that was previously held by Parcelforce.

The contract involves the distribution of pet supplies across the UK, with an estimated 250,000 deliveries annually.

Mark Berriman, Pet Supermarket MD, says: “From 12 September customers will be able to choose from a variety of Yodel's delivery options, including 24-hour and 48-hour delivery, which can be essential when buying medication for your pet.”

Yodel sales director, Jerry Kane, adds: “With the continued move towards online retailing, the way we shop and do business has changed and consumers need a delivery service which fits in with their busy and often unpredictable lifestyles.”

Yodal, another useless parcel carrier, they tried to deliver a parcel to me but i wasnt in so they left a card, i rang to ask if it could be delivered to my place of work, yes they said, when i told them it was Royal Mail i was told we dont deliver to them, i asked why, and they didnt know, just told we dont deliver to Royal Mail, good job we dont have that attitude.

That's not nice, they're only working people trying to earn a living...................give them the wrong directions or point in the general direction and say "it's that way"...........................not like the man I gave directions to today, told him to turn left and follow the road and it's 4th on your right - can anyone guess what happened next??

That's about it CCR, straight out and turned right don't know why I bother sometimes (it was a letter that I'll probably end up delivering tomorrow anyway).
