Pre and post revision you should have an agreed delivery span thus negating any benefit of bullying you to get out the door earlier. They try it at our office, but the rep (with full support of our branch) argues it.

Pre revision it was 3hrs 30mins. Post revision we cut off after 3hrs 45mins regardless of the time. Just means some days we sort any mail that wasn't cleared or came in late at the end of our duty.

We saw new tactics today . The office line managers new today was going to be very heavy and staff would be cutting off . As the morning progressed towards posties going out , they disappeared and put a do not disturb sign on the Doms office door and hid in there . Our Dom is away at the moment and the line managers we have are way out of their depth and today they confirmed their incompetence . With no one knowing what to do , our union rep gave instructions to knock and just go in and get agreement about cutting off .

IWT performance and bullying is happening in our office. new manager brought and who's asking, why haven't you got mail in the frame at 7am mon when you have a team brief and need to collect boxes from css machines first thing. He also stands next to you with a stop watch and timing you, even if you are new to duty. If you threaten working to time then it's in the office.
