whats happened to managers redundancy

You said it twice so i assume it's true. Managers have tried to do IPS etc in our office before but our rep came down on them like a ton of bricks. I can't believe what some reps let happen in their offices.

We did try but when you fight alone without help from area there's not much you can do. TBH I don't care anymore, I only do my delivery and I don't worry about anything else anymore, for years my office has been crapped on....................

only so much you can do as a 'normal' member
our reps talk a good game but when it suits them its a different matter
