I've been a bit depressed lately but I must say this post has really cheered me up. I think the very fact that you took the time to write this is fantastic. Many people will probably call you a fud, and they are undoubtedly correct in their assessment, but please don't let them put you off. More of the same please - you're great!

Something I have learnt about this site..... If RM was a "Good Employer" it wouldn't exist! I worked for years in "Good Offices" which were basically run properly by Managers that weren't total assholes. I felt no need to Visit this site, in truth I probably didn't know it existed, but when I started to work in Crap Offices I discovered it! Coincidence? I don't think so. But I'm glad I did and I've learnt a lot of useful stuff.
I've tried to convince old work mates to visit the site but because they work in my old "Good Offices" they didn't feel the need! Although recently those Offices are starting to feel the increased pressures of "Budget Savings"!

Can I point our a MAJOR flaw in your position. Your stance Is that people posting on here do nothing else but post on here, what do you base that on.
I have personally met people who contribute to RMC on different Marches from London to Leeds and Manchester to Bradford.....................................
