Appreciate your point about an abused sick pay system BF. It is an interesting experience to work in a Company that had no sick pay and then introduces it. I used to work in such a Company and of course once sick pay was introduced the rate of absenteeism went up. It certainly was an improvement in T & C as a lot of the workforce used to drag themselves into work dying of a cold simply because they couldn't afford to lose any money! It was Bloody Dickensian!

Going by the BT2010 deal I think they would accept loosing more than £200 a year
