Hi,does anyone know if it is possible to go back to Royal Mail after taking Voluntary Redundancy?
I know that you are not allowed to go back until at least 2 years after your have left,but does anyone know if it is possible to go back sooner if you can pay some of the redundancy pay back?

Fella at our place came back a few years ago after taking VR.

£15,000 + redundancy plus £1000 collegue share payout then get employed back by the same company just goes to show what a joke the people who run royal mail are

how can you pay back a £1000 collegue shares, if royal mail takes this money back then the shares must
still have a value.

anyway its a shame to hear of someone coming back things must be bad.
