New returns labels

I remember seeing an article in the Courier a while ago about the new labels which were being introduced for packetpost returns and how it was supposed to simplify things. We have started getting these come through in our collections hub, r1 and r2 is obvious but what is rV and are there any other labels we need to ba aware of? Nice of RM to keep us informed of these changes.

rV are what they now call the old MOR(mail order returns),ok?

Ok, thanks. What does the V mean though? So now we have r1, r2 and rV instead of MOR, R, R1 & R2? It seem all they have done is change the R to r, in the Courier they were making out that this was some sort of revelation

Think it means high volume returns
