Don't think so as it will be up to the Union to inform us not Royal Mail (although that probably won't stop them). It RM do announce anything in WTLL then check it once, check it twice, then to make sure check it again and then ignore it as it still won't be the truth.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

Do you think management already know the outcome of the talks? Can't imagine RM not telling them before we get to hear.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Management have probably known the outcome of these negotiations for a long time. If they are halfway efficient in their attempt to emasculate the union they will have already prepared their propaganda for tuesdays WTL.

Had a WTL this morning no mention of talks and a manager said he had not received any standby notices which is a prelude to a statement being made so no news must be no news.
