we get the same rubbish at our place all the time, save hours, park and loop is coming, efficientcy savings must be made, more lapsing, more d2d blah blah blah, what gets me at the moment we lost two managers to voluntary redundancy rumour is they got three years worth of salary to go early one manager had a year till retirement anyway (good deal for him) 
anyway we now have 3 new managers to replace 2 and they put up a recruitment poster to hire another. where are the savings there? explain to me like im a five year old cause i cant see it. And they have the gall to tell us there is no money for colleague share. RM is a joke pure and simple
