That's a very good point and begs the question who does TNT, DHL, HDNL et al rely on to investigate any "losses" they may have? :hmmmm

the mail that is failing in the office, i.e. mail being left in by people who are not going over their time, or people who bring mail back because they cut off, and d2d surplus at the end of the week, is being recorded as LOWER amounts that have failed, rather than their true amounts. thus giving the impression that the office is working during its revision. ie 400 d2d item were put down as failed EVERY week, theres more like 3 or 4 THOUSAND. 43 ITEMS of mail one day last week, and 79 items on another last week. there was a total of 17 BUNDLES one day (over a thousand letters) and 26 BUNDLES on the other day.
