it is sad to think that they are so worried that they have to censor people from this site

is it cos now mdecs can talk to real posties and management dont like it, after all we have been fed loads of crap and since coming on this site you certainly learn the truth

spread the word - get as many of your colleagues as possible to log on at home, in libraries or wherever they can - censorship is there only to be beaten - the truth will prevail

I consider there only one way forward for all staff at MDEC - allow yourselves to become aware of the bigger picture. No longer should you feel isolated. We all stand together as employees of Royal Mail.
I have no power but my vision and my voice.

Royal Mail has immense power and 99% of the Management is blinded by it.

Censorship

Post by baldrick »

Certainly agree with you there Oracle.
I couldn't understand how you are paid LESS than OPG's.
And now I learn from your forum that you do not get a late shift allowance!!!
We can learn and gain strength from each other.
That's what management don't like.

Quite right seniorman no late shift allowance, but managers get it though. Also night shift allowance is roughly half what a opg earns a week, and guess what managers night shift allowance is roughly double what a opg earns.

Not so sure it matters that they have barred this site to be honest as no one has access to the internet apart from a privileged few managerial types anyway. I'm not sure what that has achieved.

The CWU Reps have access, say no more.

GOOD LUCK TO US ALL AND HAVE FAITH
It is from numberless diverse acts of courage and belief that human history is shaped. Each time a man stands up for an ideal, or acts to improve the lot of others, or strikes out against injustice, he sends forth a tiny ripple of hope, and crossing each other from a million different centers of energy and daring, those ripples build a current that can sweep down the mightiest walls of oppression and resistance.
