RMG doesn't give a **** people are just numbers , out through the door as quickly and cheaply as possible , I heard of somebody resigning through Health Problems basically RM fitted him up as some sort of Malingerer , it's "amazing" that the DSS Doctor signed him off ??!! . Everything is totally Regimented purely to impress Area & Senior Mgt , you know what,RM sent him a " discussed " reasons letter a year later, very caring (not) and Middle Management made things as difficult as possible for him with the Social but he was singing from Reggie's Hymm Sheet :lfo so it's Allright !. Loads of Horror Stories , I accept RM is not a charity and noone's owed a living but things could be handled better . LET'S BE HONEST ABOUT THIS COMPANY!!
THEY NEVER HAVE GIVEN A DAMN AT ANY TIME ABOUT EMPLOYEES---YOU ARE A NUMBER AND ALWAYS HAVE BEEN!!
LOCAL MANAGERS, BEFORE DE-NATIONALISATION,WHEN WE WERE A SERVICE IN OTHER WORDS AND NOT A PROFIT ORIENTATED CONCERN,
WERE ALLOWED TO TREAT STAFF WITH RESPECT AND HUMANITY TO KEEP A GOOD LOYAL STAFF WILLING TO HELP THEM AS WELL IN RETURN.
WE HAVE NOW GAINED THIS AMERICAN BUSINESS IDEALISM WHERE NOTHING IS IMPORTANT BUT BUDJETS AND PROFITS; THE COMPANY RUN BY ACCOUNTANTS WHO HAVE NO IDEA OF WHAT THE JOB INVOLVES.
IT IS BETTER BUSINESS PHILOSOPHY IN MY VIEW TO KNOW EXACTLY, ALL ASPECTS OF THE W0RK INVOLVED SO YOU KNOW WHERE TO MAKE CUTS OR

Ive got issues very much like that blokes.... RM have tried and wangled and lied and bullshited all thru my case and problems... In my opinion... I now find myself Retired (with appeal) and im only late 30's.. The way RM treat people is just a fecking absolute farce.. And the more people that take RM outside the ineffective Code of Coduct/IR Framework/ Harassment & Bullying cases.. The better we will all be... RM never expected anyone to aim the H&B back at them and if we did then it will be delt with in house and pushed under the cartpet and buried as deep as they can put you.... They continue to bully to cover up previous bullies.... Lie to cover lies.... Its all my opinion but i bet MANY have the same opinion.....? Big Dave.. For one is being treated like shite and the good people of Burslem are backing him lock stock and barrel...

If anyone dont know about Big Dave and his issues Go look on this site and find them... It will m make you sick....and VERY MAD...
