:ncfo Bombed with packets again. Mail was heavy, although not quite as bad as usual. Very hectic day and really hot again. Got home and had to rush out, needed my credit card for a payment and couldn't find it. Used cash instead and was in a panic as to what I'd done
with it. Cancelled the card when I got back to be on the safe side...... then I found it about half an hour later.

Today was a bloody nightmare. Magazines all over the frakking shop. IPS slots were rammed. I hate it when they're so rammed that you have to fight with them just to get the mail out. It feels so undignified.

Same here. At least five different ones for the start of next month. Went over and I'm sure I won't be the only one. Recordeds are getting silly again. 17 yesterday, 10 today. Praying we're not lapsing tomorrow to make up the timetaurus88 wrote:Today was a bloody nightmare. Magazines all over the frakking shop. IPS slots were rammed. Its been a bloody terrible week at my office and i felt totally drained today. Had as much mail as friday but 2hrs less to do it.
Rows of houses all bearing down on me........I can feel their blue hands touching me.......All these things in all positions.........All these things will one day take control..........

Apparently my office had an easy day yesterday....7 bundles for 1 P & L walk.....no doubt they are holding it back for my return tomorrow

How do you mean "lapsing to make up the time"?L8Hatter wrote: Same here. At least five different ones for the start of next month. Went over and I'm sure I won't be the only one. Recordeds are getting silly again. 17 yesterday, 10 today. Praying we're not lapsing tomorrow to make up the time

Re: The "How was your day" thread.
^^ Not lapsing on Saturday means we can make up for going over earlier in the week. I also need a bit of spare time on Sat to come back and prep D2ds for the following week. Will only have time to do it on Monday and Tuesday otherwise, which is pushing it.
Luckily, we weren't lapsing so got a load of d2ds done and was looking forward to an easyish week. Untill speaking to a mailroom bloke on the way out, who said we've got a some electoral register stuff coming for every house
