Before i started working for RM i heard the post drop on the mat to find the 739, postie hadnt knocked. When i shouted up the street he said i'd have to pick it up from the office. Obviously he didnt have it with him in the first place , which i thought was odd at the time, it must've been left in the drop box. Later when i joined RM i found out just how idle the guy was

There was one or two who would say the customer wouldn't be in and leave it in the callers office and just take the card but that was put a stop to some time ago.
