At our place they only come up at the time of a revision and are built into the savings. :hmmmm

Just so. They aren't going to pay people to leave unless there is a saving, because if they are having to replace someone.........................

Well you have to ask your dom, but he will most likley not have any until there are savings. At least you have expressed an early interest. :hmmmm

a few ppl have already put these forms in ,,so is it the dom only who issues the forms ??
