the best thing is to tell your area rep, write a report on what happened put down times
also what was said by your o/c also write down all the swearing then send a copy to your area rep
and another copy to your area manager and put in an harasssment case against the o/c.
a few of the herberts in my office would have made sure he would be missing from work for a few weeks
so he could have some dental work done.

you taking the piss ?? its your day off and hes banging at your door ?? from experience i get a phone call and thats it. if u dont answer the phone call then you absent without leave, to which that be sorted out next day

He would have got told to piss off and not to come back for starters! How bloody rude is he?!?!?! If he required you to work your day off he should have ASKED you before, not turned up at your door and demanded that you worked. I find this astounding that RM management think they will get away with this, as for the swearing at you.... I hope you have witnesses on that one. How dare he! Take him out!!!
