When I started(2nd time around)there were 17 of us at the induction. After week 1 that went down to about 10 of us. Now 8 years later there are only 2 of us that remain. We've not really had many new staff only people on 0 hour contracts and they don't stay for long, who can blame them really.
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

:Very Happy Going back to when this job was 'good' I remember so many new starts- from early retired policeman etc looking to supplement their pensions, quitting after half a day!
Pity anyone starting now, if I was, I''d be out like a shot!

As far as i know only one has left. With today's current job climate i don't think people can afford to just
quit.
that suggests that people dont care about the current job market and just cant handle the job so quit.
You don't make sense? You must have misread what he put surely
I think he means that people would prefer to be out of work than work for Royal Mail.
