Slighty off topic! I assume everyone knows that everytime you get a signiture on the pda it drops a gps point so rm knows exactly where you were at the time! Its just another little spying machine imo lol!!

To get round that one :

On the login screen, go to the comms menu and disconnect, then do your delivery, reconnect when you get back to the office.

and have no defence whatsoever when a customer says they didn't sign for something and you were nowhere near their house

The PDA still holds the data of signature and time, it doesn't transmit it until the PDA is reconnected. Honestly some people have no idea how technology works, turning off the Comms just turns off the GPS, not the PDA's internal memory, even if you do a reboot it still saves un-transmitted data.
