Does anyone know if there are any successful P & L offices yet?
So keep on moving, moving, moving your feet
Keep on shuf-shuf-shuffling to this ghost dance beat
Just keep on walking down never ending streets

Add Wigan DO to the list. About half the office has had its P&L implemented, and bags are coming back on a very regular basis.

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

Trying to graft a savings plan onto a complete change of working practices.

Well said FT, although I don't think headquarters can get their into their heads, everything is savings, savings, savings.
My office was one of the first to have a Pegasus revision and it still isin't working, we flagged it right up the chain but nothing was done.
