Why are you working it anyway? all you are doing is screwing someone out of a job,yet you moan now? the working days off/using own cars is what brought this on.
Nothing wrong with people working their day off if they need the OT for extra money mate, that's not what screwed the job up, its people getting in early, not having a meal relief and rushing around deliveries that screwed the job up
This is something I did hear in the meeting, about people rushing around and not taking breaks. The boss not sure who he was but was saying people doing this aren't helping matters, if they do it that quick they will assume the round is to easy and they aren't doing enough so you will be given more.
Need to try and forget about the whole job and finish mentality do it in time and how you are meant to to ensure you aren't given to much.
