...and one more question. If I get the job, don't join the union and don't (if there is any more) take part in the strikes, will I be known as a "scab"?

If you get the job and when there is a Vote on strike action and You cross the picket line to work... THEN YOUR A SCAB... If you aint in the union, Its still your choice not to be... This aint a closed shop... I hope you see what we all are fighting for and come out with the democratic majority...

If you then after need the Unions help in any way... Wrongly or rightly.. It will depend on IF and how you acted when a strike was called... But some might be different and treat you another way... You live by your own concience mate... Thats all you and anyone can do...

Well.....

* No idea how far I walk everyday, never clocked it...but it's usually 2hrs everyday. Would be more, but I workout in gym 5 days/week and need to save energy for that, too!

* I do resistance workouts/running/cross-trainer, blah blah blah

* I'm dead set against being stuck in an office job

* I can be friendly...gritting my teeth all the way, if they're tight-asses (OK OK, I'm not entirely anti-social.......

)

* I walk outside come rain or shine (or snow), most of the time with my back-pack, so yeah....weather's not much of a pisser, really.

Think I stand a chance? I hope so. Just wish a f***ing job would come my way round my area!!!!
