Another heavy day, and a wet one at that. IPS is the biggest problem now, as I'm sure it is for most of you guys. Never going to get that right while they chop n change things constantly. Apparently we are due a vote on whether we want a resign or not.

It's awful how these line managers just stand still and do nothing but lucky for your line manager someone has seen him and helped him to get going again

One of the guys got hauled into the office this morning because he questioned exactly what does a LM do apart from standing at the end of an aisle, arms folded and staring. Another is threatening to punch said manager in the head to see if it moves. Someone else got a bollocking for disclosing official secrets to a customer ie you are getting mail every other day.

Our DIM/DOM is really rather typical of the turncoat from the shopfloor promoted way and above their abilities, and now spends more time shyting all over former colleagues, or thnking up new ways and means to shyte all over former colleagues, than actually managing a tip-top, first-class, operation we could all be proud of, and take pride in.
Another thing, why are the most useless twonks always shaven headed? Is it a Royal Mail fetish? Methinks so.

Maybe if more people higher up the food chain would question their bosses more often maybe we wouldnt be in such a mess!

A re-sign, wow, just think, you could swap one shittty duty, for another shittttty duty, you lucky, lucky, people.

I think most of us have cottoned-on to the increasing futility that is, the modern re-sign/re-pick, call it what you will, I'll call it shyte.

I think most of us have cottoned-on to the increasing futility that is, the modern re-sign/re-pick, call it what you will, I'll call it shyte.

True there, might as well stay on your crappy duty because at least you know it and for those who've lost theirs there are many vacant ones out there to sign for.

Yeah i totally know what you mean but for me i actually dislike the walking part as well. Spending so much time alone during the day just seems to give me too much time to stew over how much i hate the screws! I only did a 14 months sentence i dont know how the rest of you put up with it!

True there, might as well stay on your crappy duty because at least you know it and for those who've lost theirs there are many vacant ones out there to sign for.

This has come about through revisiting the walks on one side of the office, before their revision came in. Some roads were inexplicably chopped up and the whole thing was a mess. This has now been changed again, sort of. However, they have no intention of changing the other half, which came in at an earlier date.
