He'd be working 11.5 hours every day. Delivery starts at 7 in our office and finishes at 3. First box on the collection is 3.15 and it takes till 6.30pm over 110 miles.


I can't see how your rurals can empty boxes when they're finished their shift an hour before the box times. Apart from Saturday that is.

It goes on in many many offices . It works for most places so why stop ? Because someone doesnt understand the benefits ?? The management allows it cos it helps BOTH parties . You think theyd allow it if it didnt ?? Let the guy do what hes doing . He aint hurting anyone .
