I am sure there was plenty of of teachers and council workers receiving their mail when I was delivering whilst you were on strike..F**k em... Its about time Local Auth and Teachers came into the real world.

Do you mean the real world where public sector workers are being punished for the mistakes of others . People are being punished while friends of the Tories continue to line their pockets . The country gets told we can't afford to do this and do that and we're all in it together , what a load of sh*t . Moya Greene informs us that RM is all but bust but then she gets a massive bonus , this is what's happening on a national scale . The countries wealth is being hoarded by the wealthiest when in these tough times the opposite should be happening . The people with the wealth and power need to set an example for us to follow but at the moment they are taking the p*ss . It's time for the working class to put up a fight and end some of these injustices .

They have been trying for centuries and failed , why would this be any different. I am sure many of my colleagues will claiming they are sick on Thursday to look after their kids as R.M. pay their wages...I think that people must start to look a bit closer at home....If R.M. took to task the people who took the p1ss on the sick as should the Government then we we'd all be better off and R.M. and the Government may be in a better position. I am sure Ms Greene is getting a bonus for work or changes made as we have £1000 and a pay rise...Her Bonus is probably what we'd any Chairman to run the company or do you want the lunatics to take over the asylum ?

So enlighten us then Gazza90000. What has Moya achieved, beyond a significantly worse service for the Public, rapidly deteriorating industrial relations, and effectively bankrupting RM?
Perhaps you'd like her to follow the example of the Bankers: making a fortune for the "Top Brass", whilst massively reducing the service for the Customers. Then going cap in hand to the Government (and ultimately the Taxpayers) for a massive handout. Followed by more massive bonuses, to improve her personal fortune.

Gazza90000; you plank, think it's you that needs to get in the real world. Conditions for the working classes are s**t and will continue to be s**t for ever more unless people stand and fight. Most people that work in the private sector have crap conditions, because they have no fight, no union and work for very large corporations that like to trample on workers/unions and work hard to "look after" the boys(/girls) at the top - this is modern Britain.
And I'm sure many people will be on sick looking after kids, not ideal but what can people do... Low pay, can't afford child care?

As for Moya; she's overseen a huge reduction in profits, so far failed to change regulatory conditions, made industrial relations worse and had a respectable bonus for all this.. Shame we don't get rewarded for crap (but see above about looking after top brass whilst shitting on the workforce)

I was handed the RM brief when I went into the office this morning as I deliver to a Job Centre. Told the DOM and LM's I would not be crossing any picket line, they told me I had to because the strike is nothing to do with us..........ffs what planet are they on Anyway I told them I still would'nt be crossing a picket line as I have Morals and a backbone, they did'nt like that
