So they're out for 8am because they're starting and prepping their frames before their official start times and not taking a break. There's one word for those kind of people. W*****S! :Very Happy

If you were to ask one of these plebs to go and relax put their feet up and have a cup of tea accompanied with a nice sandwich and were given a tenner to do so, they would say "course I would" .......... cos that is what Royal F@il is doing for them :arrrghhh

they still only work the same hours, just get home earlier, we've never taken breaks on sats,

dont know difference between 8am-1:30pm 7am-12:30pm or 6:30am-12pm shifts? though it'd be funny if a load of council crap came in and must work til 1:30 :cool

i get lumbered with different workers regular so dont really get an understanding with anyone so i cant benefit from going in 30 mins early, dont even know who i'm paired with tomorrow?

It's good to get these types of threads, the ridiculous my manager said bollox, so we can reassure ourselves that while the world is falling apart, Royal Mail managers are still being the low-life C***S they have always been.

The daily grind of having to argue your case with an intellectual pigmy of a line manager is physically and emotionally draining.

You can reduce your duty by a third and your hourly rate is more than a manager then? .... fair enough
