You've got a good point there Minister. Basically the sticking points we've had, are that they were word for word, and that there was a specific request not to copy to Management. And we have a lot of Managers on RMC. Not many join in the discussions, but there are a lot of "Lurkers". Sorry it's taking so long to come to a final decision.
