we have had loads, had the floating ones you talk of dorset, great news, almost the whole office cut off and the DO failed in spectacular style
as for the rest, they are ok while the job is running itself but once there are problems they are straight on anybody case that wont help out with lapsing or working over.

Not very many. If managers had to to complete a CV with their qualifications and apply elsewhere for work very few of them would get re employed.

Managers that make decisions can be good albeit sometimes its not for the right reasons the problem arises from those managers that are not capable or competent enough and always seek advice usually wrong from higher up.Lack of skills that simple.!!

We have one who's a good organiser but has terrible man-management skills..and he knows nothing about procedure.
One who has been with RM 30+ years,hates the place and does as little as possible.

never met one you could call a decent human being , dishonest , bullys and heart lazy all failed posties .why the company is in such a mess
