skull were the same thats why i said its great the banter in our place is better,ok the mail is light at the momment and role on sept onwards.everyone taken break workin together.just hope now they leave our office alone.best thing bringin it in at first we were all moanin and sayin why us etc.but have had all our bonuses and it paid for a holiday for me and me kids :Very Happy :Very Happy

Some of you are living in a fools paradise.The mails light the weather is largely speaking good.Wait till September onwards before you start singing park and loops praises. :silenced Oh and wait till the two of you doing it together are over the age of 55 :sad:

I'm not living in a fools paradise , I started park and loop in December and know how hard it will be from October onwards .

why we in fools paradise scoobo the mail wasnt light in march when we started so you havnt got it in then mate.or is your office full of lazy arses who wont lift a finger to help anyone out , or get it in and have ago :no no

P & l has been set up in my office in our slack period.As some one so rightly said its two postman doing two an half walks plus a packet drivers duty in less time than you had before on your own duty.The prep time is a joke you have no chance.We all just book it or cut off. If its working well where you are maisy then great Im truly envious.Can I have a transfer please? :hmmmm

P+L means you have to work to your finishing time but that does not mean you kill yourself doing it :whistle

am in the north west scoob.no honest am not bein funny mate it is workin ,prep time has gone better vans comin back around the same time,and the planner was a knob ,so the posties had a big say and got dragged in everymornin for a say on it.ok it could be bad at xmas but have been told we will get the help we need ie hire vans pkt duties etc wait and see

I absolutely hate it. It is soul destroying. I would agree that by combining 2 walks they have given us a much bigger workload. Both walks have been extended with more addresses added. And then you get the added bonus of taking out all the parcels and special deliveries, tracked etc, and it seems that you have to fit all that in in a smaller timescale. Saying we are constantly under pressure is an understatement. The opinion of the posties in our office is it doesn't work and morale is at an all time low. No wonder the sickness leave is so high. People are stressed and off with depression because of it. I am looking for another job. HATE IT

Same here,only good thing is that i've been motivated to enrol in some college courses and have prospects with agency work when i've completed my course.So at least its not all bad news,lol!!
